Senior Product Manager

LayerX is seeking an innovative cybersecurity senior product manager who will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing new features for our Security platform.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends for product differentiation and innovation.
• Leverage data-driven insights from product engagement, customer feedback, and key metrics to enhance usability, adoption, and retention.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring continuous alignment with company strategy and user needs.
• Define, prioritize, and refine product features, maintain a well-structured backlog, and ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver impactful, high-quality products.
• Act as a product evangelist, clearly communicating product value to internal teams, customers, and the market to drive adoption and growth.
  
  

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity products
• Proven experience in SaaS product management, specifically for large enterprises
• Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging analytics, user insights, and key metrics to drive product decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges
• Hands-on experience in Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
