Our new VP of Product will be a visionary leader responsible for defining and executing the company's product strategy. This individual will drive innovation, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers and align with our business objectives. The VP of Product will work in sync with research, engineering, marketing, sales and customer success to ensure seamless execution and cross-functional alignment.

Primary Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with Opmed.AI's mission and business goals.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery, adoption by customers, and measurable value realization.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of product managers, designers, and product experts.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product team.

Market Engagement:

• Engage with customers, prospects, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and feedback.
• Utilize market research and data analytics to inform product development and enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with research, engineering, marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Align product initiatives with company-wide objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform product direction.
• Lead the integration of AI-driven developments to the product offerings.

Requirements

Experience:

• 10+ years in product management leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or AI sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading product teams in complex environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Leadership:

• Proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Be highly adaptive to changes, embracing them, and promoting a can-do spirit within the team to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Customer Focus:

• Ability to translate customer requests and insights into actionable product features and improvements.
• 360o understanding of users and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and value.

Strategic Thinking:

• Ability to align product strategies with broader business objectives and market opportunities.

Communication:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
