Philanthropic Partnerships Operations Manager

Startup Nation Central is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support its Philanthropic Partnerships team.

This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of donor engagement, database management, and cross-team coordination.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and skilled in managing multiple priorities with precision.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

- Serve as the team’s Salesforce lead maintaining data accuracy, updating records, ensuring naming consistency, and optimizing document storage.

- Enhance Salesforce integration and synergy with other internal databases and teams.

Donor & Prospect Research

- Conduct in-depth research on donors and foundations to prepare comprehensive prospect profiles ahead of meetings.

- Reporting & Proposal Support - Assist the Director in drafting and refining reports and proposals for donors and stakeholders.

Trip & Meeting Coordination

- Organize logistics for donor trips, including meeting scheduling, local travel arrangements, and post-trip reports.

- Track and manage trip-related expenses and accounting.

Scheduling & Relationship Management

- Manage the team’s scheduling, both internally with SNC and externally with donors.

- Coordinate and schedule strategic monthly/quarterly calls with all donors.

- Maintain strong relationships with donor administrative staff and personal assistants to ensure seamless communication and engagement.

- Proficient in Salesforce and experienced in database management.

- Skilled in donor research, report writing, and proposal development.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- A proactive problem solver with excellent coordination and scheduling abilities.

- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders and their teams.
