The VP People, Go-to-Market (GTM) is a senior HR leader responsible for partnering closely with the Chief Business Officer and overseeing the HR strategy for the entire GTM organization. This role plays a key part in shaping the people strategy for our GTM organization while supporting GTM HQ functional leaders across 20 offices worldwide. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic foresight and operational excellence, leveraging their expertise in change management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Strategic HR Leadership - Act as a key thought partner to the CBO and senior GTM leaders, influencing decision-making and helping shape the long-term talent strategy for GTM functions
- Change Management & Transformation - Lead change initiatives that support organizational growth and transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering agility and adaptability within the workforce
- Business Partnership - Partner closely with regional GTM leaders to tailor HR strategies that align with both HQ and field operations, ensuring a balance between global consistency and local market needs
- Leadership Development - Design and implement leadership development programs that strengthen managerial capabilities
- Talent Strategy & Execution - Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning to support GTM functions' evolving needs
- Culture & Engagement - Champion a high-performance culture by fostering engagement, collaboration, and an inclusive work environment across global teams
- HR Operations & Execution - Ensure HR processes, policies, and programs effectively support the unique needs of GTM functions, from hiring and onboarding to performance management and compensation strategy
- Market & Industry Expertise - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging best practices to continuously enhance HR strategies that drive business success
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience, specializing in supporting GTM functions and navigating complex matrix environments
- Proven experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic decision-making
- Extensive experience leading HR initiatives in fast-paced, growing organizations, with strong change management expertise
- Strong multicultural experience and ability to navigate complex, global organizational structures
- Exceptional business acumen, with a deep understanding of GTM strategies and operational nuances
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, working effectively across both structured and evolving environments
- Proven managerial experience
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute people strategies in both HQ and regional field organizations
- Expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy
- Ability to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and create a culture of accountability
