What will your job look like?

• Project Management & Execution – Lead GenAI implementation projects, manage stakeholders, track progress, and ensure business impact.
• Marketing Innovation – Identify opportunities where GenAI can transform marketing strategies, enhance personalization, and drive creative automation.
• AI-Powered Solutions – Work with marketing teams to integrate GenAI-driven tools that boost creativity, automate tasks, and improve efficiency.
• Process Optimization – Streamline marketing and sales workflows with low-code/no-code automation and AI-powered enhancements.
• Prototyping & Innovation – Develop proofs-of-concept (POCs) using tools like Cursor, V0.dev, and Lovable to showcase AI’s impact on marketing.
• Training & Adoption – Conduct professional training in English, develop best practices, and drive GenAI adoption across teams.
• Research & AI Trends – Continuously explore emerging GenAI tools for market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence, leveraging platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, TrendHunter AI, and more to identify industry shifts and innovative marketing strategies
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, marketing innovation, or process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools across multiple domains:
• Low-Code/No-Code Platforms: Cursor, V0.dev, AutoGPT, Lovable, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Bubble, Webflow.
• Design & Video Tools: MidJourney, Runway AI, Stable Diffusion, D-ID, HeyGen, Synthesia, Canva AI.
• Market Research & Content Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity AI, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, Claude, Notion AI, Writesonic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize marketing and sales workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills – ability to lead training sessions and present AI-driven solutions effectively.
• A self-starter who learns independently – the GenAI space evolves rapidly, and staying ahead requires continuous learning and adaptation.
• Ability to work in a corporate environment while maintaining startup-level agility – comfortable navigating structure while embracing innovation.
