About the role:

As an IT Lead at Buildots, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow as part of our team, taking full ownership over the company’s IT infrastructure and SaaS services, and provide ongoing IT support services to our global team, while improving our network and end-user productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Buildots leadership and others to maximize our employees' efficiency
• Design, Configure, install, and maintain all office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, conference rooms equipment, and other IT peripherals
• Provide IT support to all Buildots employees worldwide
• Work with vendors and team members for problem-resolution
• Maintain hardware and software inventory, manage IT procurement
• Lead IT projects, deploy new IT systems and services, and define, design, and implement technology solutions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in IT support
• At least 4 years of experience with User Management Cloud tools: Google Workspace, Intune, Okta, and others
• Service and people oriented
• Motivation to grow, learn, and think outside the box
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Technical Problem-solving skills
• Open-minded and team player
• Experience as an IT Specialist at a global level - an advantage
