Senior Quality Engineer (Position no. 1223) to join our team.

Job Description:

• Managing cross-organizational quality projects.
• Leading investigations of quality incidents in production, including Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Developing and implementing a detailed quality plan for NPI processes, transitioning products from development to production.
• Working closely with suppliers on cross-functional projects to improve product and process quality.
• Collaborating with engineering and R&D teams to ensure quality in manufacturing processes and the development of new products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management / Quality Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in quality-related roles within manufacturing companies.
• Proven experience with ISO processes and international quality standards.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and/or other quality certifications – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Priority – a strong advantage.
• Managerial experience – a strong advantage.
• English - High-level  reading, writing, and speaking.
