The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of projects, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role involves managing engineering efforts, aligning technology strategies, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide guidance and expertise in technology selection, software architecture, and best practices.
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions.
- Project & Product Development:
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Work closely with different teams to define technical requirements and implementation plans.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance & Security:
- Ensure compliance with standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Oversee testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Preferable bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, or engineering disciplines.
- Experience managing teams and driving technical projects to completion.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a specific industry in the field of mobile-based products.
- Experience in military-designated products.
