We integrate wearable biomarker data with symptom tracking to provide real-time, personalized insights for better health management. Role Description

We are looking for a founding Software Engineer to join MaPott in a part-time, remote capacity. As our first technical hire, you will be responsible for end-to-end Flutter development, shaping the platform’s functionality and performance. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to influence the core technology stack and product direction.

🚨 Note: This is currently an equity-based position (no salary), as we are in the process of fundraising. It’s a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven startup at the ground level, with potential for future compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the Flutter-based mobile app
• Implement custom actions to integrate wearables (Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, etc.)
• Build scalable and efficient backend interactions
• Ensure smooth UI/UX experiences
• Work closely with the founder and medical experts to translate insights into product features
• Set up development workflows, testing, and deployment pipelines

Qualifications

✅ Must-have:

• 2+ years of Flutter development experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (HealthKit, Firebase, etc.)

🚀 Nice-to-have:

• Backend experience (Firebase, Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Experience in healthtech, wearables, or real-time data processing
• Passion for women’s health and digital health innovation
