Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - Bar-Lev Site, Israel

MIS is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our QA department. In this role, you will play a significant part in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance across the organization. You will work closely with the QA Manager and be responsible for core QMS processes, including CAPA Management, Complaints Handling, Supplier Quality Management, Internal Auditing, Statistical Techniques Implementation, Document Control, and validation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality Projects: Promote and drive quality projects while maintaining a robust culture of quality. Be responsible for processes and documentation related to quality systems, product quality, and compliance with standards.
• Implement and Maintain QMS Processes: Monitor product and supplier quality, conduct thorough reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve issues, drive continuous improvement, and implement quality-focused solutions.
• Prevent Non-Conformities and Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards, maintaining high performance metrics and quality standards.
• Coaching and Support: Support and guide team members in technical and regulatory matters, ensuring readiness for professional responses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of QMS regulatory requirements and standards, such as: ISO 13485, 21CFR820, MDR, MDSAP requirements, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to guide the team effectively.
• Excellent English-language skills in both writing and speaking.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems independently.
