We are recruiting a Head of DBA Team for a large insurance company located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of DBA professionals in an application and infrastructure environment
-Oversee database operations, ensuring performance, stability, and security
-Work with large-scale databases
-Manage and maintain databases across Oracle and SQL Server platforms
-Work with Linux and Windows operating systems
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a DBA in both application and infrastructure roles, with expertise in Oracle and SQL Server
- 6 years of experience in managing technical teams
- Experience with large databases, such as, designing, writing, optimizing, and fixing complex SQL queries
- Experience working with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure development - an advantage
