About S.WEARS.WEAR is a dynamic and fast-growing activewear/lifestyle brand dedicated to empowering individuals through stylish, functional, and sustainable clothing. With a strong presence in Israel and expanding globally, we’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Assistant & Community Manager to join our team and help amplify our brand voice across digital platforms.
Role OverviewAs a Social Media Assistant & Community Manager, you’ll be the voice of S.WEAR across social media platforms in Israel, fostering engagement and driving brand awareness. You’ll collaborate closely with the international marketing team to align with global strategies while initiating locally relevant campaigns and content tailored to the Israeli market. Your role will bridge global brand vision with regional creativity.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Execution- Execute global social media strategies while adapting content to resonate with the Israeli audience (e.g., holidays, trends, cultural nuances).
- Propose and launch localized campaigns that align with S.WEAR’s international brand identity.
- Collaborate with the international marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual branding.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, blending global guidelines with local creativity.
- Develop Hebrew-language content that maintains S.WEAR’s empowering, inclusive tone.
- Build and nurture S.WEAR’s online community in Israel by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Partner with local influencers, fitness studios, and brands to co-create content and campaigns.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, growth, conversions) and share insights with the international team to refine strategies.
- Work with the international marketing team to leverage global campaigns, product launches, and partnerships in the Israeli market.
- Share local market insights and trends to inform global strategies.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on balancing global and local strategies (fashion/activewear experience a plus).
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to adapt global brand guidelines to local audiences while maintaining consistency.
- Experience working with international teams or multicultural brands.
- Understanding of local social media trends, platforms, and consumer behavior.
