Lead Front-End Engineer

We enable the collection of data and ideas from clients and their employees (based on the client’s preference). We're looking for an experienced Lead Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end development for a new SPA (Single Page Application) using ReactJS.
• Design and implement the initial front-end infrastructure and architecture.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate with technologies like NestJS, MongoDB, and GraphQL.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application, with a focus on optimization for SPAs.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Write comprehensive technical designs and decompose work into manageable tasks for accurate estimation.
• Implement modular and maintainable code by breaking down functionality into UI components.
• Perform unit testing with tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Mentor and guide developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lead Front-End Developer (2+ years in a lead role, 5-7 years total in front-end development).
• Expertise in ReactJS with 5+ years of experience building SPAs from scratch.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (5+ years).
• Extensive experience with performance optimization in SPA environments (4+ years).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create comprehensive technical plans, break down complex tasks, and provide accurate estimations (3+ years).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with unit testing tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
