We are looking for a Senior Sales & Project Manager – Digital Division

This role involves full responsibility for the entire sales cycle—from generating leads and selling to clients, preparing price quotes, expanding activities with existing customers, and tailoring projects to meet client needs.

Additionally, the role includes managing the project, development teams, and implementation process after project closure with the client.

Leading projects in the field of digitalization and process automation for organizational workflows

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Managing sales of software services and digital projects

✅ Overseeing the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure

✅ Handling and responding to tenders

✅ Business development: expanding activities with existing clients and opening doors to new ones

✅ Working with mid-size to large-scale customers

✅ Managing the project, including coordinating development and implementation teams post-sale to ensure successful execution

Requirements:

✔ At least 5 years of experience in software sales

✔ Experience in selling Digital projects – an advantage

✔ Previous experience in a project-based company/software house

✔ Proven experience in end-to-end client management (including lead generation, opportunity creation, negotiations, presentations, implementation, and ongoing support)

✔ Experience in managing projects, development teams, and implementation processes
