Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and lead the technical implementation of our AI-powered web applications. This role requires end-to-end expertise to create seamless user experiences - from intuitive frontends to powerful AI backends. As a full stack developer, you'll be responsible for crafting complete solutions that deliver exceptional retail experiences.

What You'll Do

• Develop robust backend systems powering our AI-driven retail applications
• Write production-ready code across our full technology stack
• Design and implement core product features aligned with business requirements
• Lead technical implementation and solve complex engineering challenges
• Mentor team members through direct code contributions and knowledge sharing
• Drive technical strategy through active development and architectural decisions

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Python or Node.js
• Advanced AWS cloud architecture expertise
• Strong frontend development skills with React or Vue.js
• Production experience deploying and optimizing ML models
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience building and deploying serverless architectures
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions
• Track record of building and scaling complex systems end-to-end.
