Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Information System Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for managing HRIS, coordinating employee benefits, handling HR processes, and utilizing analytical skills. This role is based in Caesarea with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and Employee Benefits knowledge
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Business Processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
