Electreon, a leader in wireless charging technology for the electric vehicle industry, is looking for a talented Configuration Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the configuration control process, including change control (ECO/DA/ECR), release management, and the creation of product structures (BOMs, SKUs, product trees). You will also track products from prototype through to mass production, ensuring that all engineering and technical data remains aligned and up-to-date across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the change control process within the PLM system (ECO/DA/ECR).
- Configure and maintain product structures, including SKUs, assemblies, and BOMs.
- Analyze engineering changes and evaluate their impact on the entire operational chain.
- Set up and manage new products or projects within the system.
- Maintain and update the production portfolio and technical documentation (e.g., drawings, specifications).
- Ensure smooth and seamless transition of products from prototype to mass production.
- Support the refinement of engineering files and conversion to production-ready documentation.
- Provide clear instructions for work, installation, and assembly.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Management, Electronics).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in configuration control.
- At least 2 years of experience with engineering information systems or computerized configuration systems, particularly PLM.
- Proficiency with Arena PLM system is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience with Priority ERP is considered an advantage.
