ATE Team Leader

• In charge of developing and implementing methods for testing networking and communications mixed-signal
• Semiconductor Integrated Circuits.
• Develop testing hardware (Probe card and Load board definition and design)
• Will develop test programs for the purpose of qualification, characterization and subsequent high-volume production of the IC’s.
• Develop and document DFx requirements.
• Build high quality product (low dppm rate) to customers’ requirements, by high fault coverage, yield
• analysis and enhancement, capabilities to run failure analysis / data analysis.
• Ability to diagnose device issues during testing (debug).
• Will be the Israel Team Leader of 3 test engineers, which perform all duties above. However, it is expected that the team leader will also take on tasks as above.

Job Requirements

• BS. in Electrical Engineering with 5-15 years of experience in semiconductor product and test engineering.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to drive projects to full execution in time
• Strong statistics and data analysis background (PE Tools)
• Experience in IC manufacturing process including fab, test and assembly.
• Experience in Mixed-Signal and analog testing.
• Good understanding of circuits
• Good software skills
• Strong communication skills, including in English
• Fast learner
• Supervisory and leadership
• skills

Highly desirable Skills:

• Knowledgeable in DFT/DFM/ techniques
• Experience with high volume production products.
• Experience with high speed Serdes products.
• ATE – Advantest 93k and Teradyne J750 experience.
• Supervisory experience (small teams)
