About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Team Leader who will help take our organization to the next level.

In this position, you will lead an experienced team of automation engineers for a product that supports multiple public clouds, including AWS, Azure and Wasabi.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 - 4 talented automation engineers
• Work closely with development and QA teams
• Responsible for framework and test stability and security
• Responsible for implementing development best practices such as HLDs, design reviews and code reviews.
• Write enhancements to the automation framework and automation scenarios

Requirements

• At least 10 years' experience as an automation/SW developer and architect
• Experience with Public cloud and DevOps tools
• Strong knowledge in Python and software design principles
• Previous experience leading a  team
• Knowledge in Linux environment
• Knowledge in CI/CD tools - Jenkins and GIT, etc.
• Excellent communication and management skills
