Junior Recruiter – Executive Headhunting in Finance

About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join hunterit, a leading executive headhunting firm specializing in the financial sector. This is a hands-on role that offers an opportunity to develop deep expertise in sourcing and engaging top-tier talent for senior roles in banking, insurance, investments, and fintech. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify top candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor candidate searches accordingly.
• Manage and update candidate information using Monday.com and maintain structured pipelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure long-term engagement.
• Assist in creating recruitment-related content for social media (primarily LinkedIn).

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or executive search.
• Strong LinkedIn proficiency and familiarity with sourcing tools (Boolean search, X-ray search).
• Excellent analytical and research skills to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with Excel and CRM tools (Monday.com is a plus).
