Product Manager

A startup company in the AI field has developed an AI-powered platform for designing building structures and systems.

The platform enables organizations to create smart, safe, and sustainable buildings, improving planning, maintenance, and operational processes by consolidating customer data. This data is processed by the system to automate planning procedures and reduce the risk of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

Founded in 2019, the company has raised $20 million.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, operates on a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day per week, and has approximately 40 employees.

Reisponsbility -

• Lead an independent product domain within a B2B AI data-powered SaaS platform.
• Work as part of a team of 5 Product Managers.
• Take ownership of building the product roadmap.
• Manage the full product life cycle from discovery to delivery.
• Oversee the development and optimization of dashboards and analytics tools.
• Handle both inbound and outbound product responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with customers in a customer-facing capacity.
• Report directly to the Director of Products.

Requirements:

• 4 years of B2B SaaS product management experience in a startup environment (B2E experience - advantage)
• Proven ability of building roadmaps and executing a full life cycle of a product
• A solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and a passion for leveraging data to inform product decisions
• A builder with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects independently
