Program Manager

As part of our Balance business growth, we are looking for a collaborative and experienced Program Manager. We’re looking for someone with a strong ability to drive delivery processes, lead complex cross-functional projects, and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for building collaboration between teams to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality software products.

As a Program Manager at Balance you will...

• Collaborate with all teams, mid and upper management to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments and goals.
• Lead cross-company technical initiatives and hold E2E plans.
• Lead delivery projects.
• Manage highly technical cross-functional programs, from inception to delivery
• Be a central player in developing the procedures, and determining how to manage our programs.
• Design and own new operational processes which will ensure an efficient and productive way of working.

To be a Program Manager you need…

• 3+ years of experience with proven technical and business Program. Management and Agile methodologies at scale (must).
• Data-driven way of thinking.
• Willing to take part in designing and shaping the Balance delivery method.
• Experience working both with upper management to drive results.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
