Transworld Logistics is looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to support our pre-sales marketing and customer relations efforts. This role focuses on market segmentation, identifying business opportunities, and optimizing sales funnels while ensuring seamless Transition & Implementation (T&I) for new customers.

🔹 Pre-Sales & Marketing:

• Develop tailored marketing materials, newsletters, and customer updates.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on targeted customer campaigns.

🔹 Customer Development & Retention:

• Identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct proactive meetings with existing and potential clients to foster strong relationships.
• Initiate outreach to potential clients and explore new marketing opportunities.
• Perform market research and customer data analysis to enhance business processes.
• Work closely with sales, development, and customer service teams.

🔹 Transition & Implementation (T&I):

• Oversee and manage the onboarding and integration process for new customers.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal teams, systems, and workflows.
• Monitor and optimize the transition process to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields – an advantage.

✔️ Fluent in Hebrew & English (spoken and written).

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

✔️ Experience with digital marketing tools – familiarity with Sales Navigator is a plus.

✔️ Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, sales, or customer service – an advantage.
