Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at a leading recruitment agency in Petah Tikva. This role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates across various industries, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and collaborating with team members to meet staffing goals.

Responsibilities:

- Actively source candidates using multiple recruitment platforms.

- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and suitability.

- Manage job postings and candidate databases.

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

- Support other HR and recruitment functions as needed.

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
