Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an experienced BI team of 5-8 professionals, including system analysts, developers, and QA testers.
• Oversee end-to-end development of DWH & BI systems, from requirements gathering to implementation and go-live.
• Work closely with internal clients to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with business units to identify needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Drive technological innovation by introducing new tools and improving existing processes.
• Mentor and support the professional and personal development of team members.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing tech teams, with a focus on BI and Data.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in BI system development and ETL processes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex query writing and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Pyramid, or QlikView – an advantage.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies – a significant plus.
