Head of Cloud Delivery

We are looking for a passionate Head of Cloud Delivery to build and scale a high-performing team from the ground up. As a technical leader, you'll work directly with our CTO to shape the future of cloud transformation for innovative startups globally, ensuring the highest delivery quality and customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership as you build our delivery capabilities and produce exceptional outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Build a high-performing delivery team from the ground up, lead and scale the team, define the vision, set the KPIs, and motivate the team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Create a recruitment strategy, outline new positions, hire top talent, and foster a culture of growth, professionalism, and high standards through mentorship and continuous development.
• Oversee all projects, maintaining high delivery, exceptional quality, and client satisfaction.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance projects and increase technical and operational efficiency.
• Develop and refine processes for organized and successful project delivery.
• Proactively address challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and Cloud Architecture teams to achieve shared goals.
• Own the entire project lifecycle, from strategy and timelines to budgeting, resourcing, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
• Increase client value by leading the development of cloud solutions.
• Take ownership of project challenges, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and be the expert in resolving complex technical and non-technical issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of cloud experience, including 3+ years specifically with AWS.
• 5+ years of DevOps Engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Significant experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal), fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proven expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in one or more software development programming languages such as Go, Rust, Python, and JavaScript.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional project planning, creative problem-solving, critical thinking, prioritization, and context-switching skills.
• Highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical, and time management skills.
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, with significant experience in at least one startup environment.
