As the Community Manager, you will lead our community-building efforts with enthusiasm and initiative. You will be responsible for creating a lively atmosphere that encourages member engagement and partnership development while championing our brand's values. If you’re an energetic self-starter with a background in media training and a strong passion for community engagement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a welcoming community by engaging with members, facilitating discussions, and organizing events that inspire collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all community platforms, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
- Oversee the community section of our website, ensuring it is informative, user-friendly, and reflective of community needs.
- Define and track KPIs such as membership growth, engagement metrics, and partnership development to inform our community strategies.
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience, including newsletters and social media posts.
- Gather feedback from community members to refine offerings and address concerns, acting as their advocate within the startup.
- Plan and execute both online and offline community events to strengthen relationships and encourage active participation.
- Report regularly on community performance
Who you are:
- Proven experience in community management or a related field, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong communication skills with a flair for storytelling; media training is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude, creativity, and a deep passion for building and nurturing communities.
- Proficiency in using community engagement tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
