Your Role

As a Principal Software Architect, you will:

• Lead Modernization Projects: Drive the architectural evolution of our systems, defining principles, designs, and the direction of our technology stack.
• Develop Core Solutions: Create and implement new core engines, collaborating closely with development teams to operationalize them.
• Guide Teams: Partner with system and software architects, providing mentorship and performing code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Optimize Performance: Investigate and resolve performance issues across application layers.
• Innovate: Research and prototype modern tools and technologies to keep our platform cutting-edge.
• Empower Teams: Act as a technical mentor, elevating the technical expertise of developers and leading architecture initiatives.
  
  

• Architectural Mastery: Expertise in design patterns, architectural styles, and end-to-end system development.
• Hands-On Experience: At least 10 years of experience in large, complex systems, with a strong emphasis on server-side development.
• Tech Stack Knowledge: Proficiency with modern frameworks, particularly .Net Core (strong advantage), and familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue is a plus).
• Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of public cloud infrastructures, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Database Skills: Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Performance Optimization: Proven ability to handle complex, distributed, high-throughput, and low-latency systems.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
