Internal Audit Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct internal audit functions and lead audit teams
• Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans
• Prepare and present audit reports to executive management
• Conduct independent investigations across various organizational domains
• Perform data collection and analysis from multiple sources
• Lead stakeholder interviews and evidence gathering
• Ensure compliance with professional audit standards and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience
• Proven track record leading audit teams
• Demonstrated experience presenting to senior management
• Excellence in report writing and presentation skills
• Superior interpersonal and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree required
