Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Configuration & Performance Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position, where you will play a key role in the design, analysis, and optimization of vehicle configuration as part of our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define vehicle configurations, ensuring performance requirements.
• Conduct trajectory simulations and modeling to optimize vehicle and sub-system properties.
• Perform trade-off analysis to optimize the aerospace system configuration, balancing subsystem interactions and multiple constraints.
• Conduct performance analysis of aerospace systems.
• Conduct detailed effect assessments for aerospace systems and subsystems, involving propulsion, aerodynamics, space dynamics and control.
• Support integration of propulsion systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define vehicle architecture and performance.
• Define subsystem requirements and assess the impact of non-compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering or a related field (M.Sc. is an advantage).
• Expertise in trajectory simulation, flight dynamics, optimization, and control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in aerospace system configuration development is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
