Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to lead the end-to-end sales process, from identifying leads and building trust with potential clients to demonstrating the value of our product and closing deals. Your primary goal will be driving revenue growth for the organization.
Job Type:
Capacity: Full-time (contract-based position)
Level: Entry-level
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and bring them into the sales funnel.
Initiate conversations and set up meetings with prospective clients (cold calls, Zoom meetings, etc.).
Sales Process Management:
Deliver product demonstrations (demos) tailored to customer needs.
Understand client requirements, address objections, and provide creative solutions.
Negotiate and close deals.
Client Data and Reporting:
Record all client interactions in the CRM system.
Analyze results and track personal and team goals.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Provide market feedback to the product team.
Collaborate with parallel sales efforts and contribute to overall strategy.
Growth and Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Contribute to pricing model discussions.
Requirements:
Skills:
Previous sales experience – advantage if working with nonprofits or medium-sized businesses.
Ability to manage fast-paced, focused, and precise sales cycles.
Proven track record in negotiation and closing deals.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey product value effectively.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
Personal Attributes:
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and relationship-building ability.
Self-starter capable of working independently in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Results-oriented, efficient, and able to perform under pressure.
Proactive problem solver with a creative and flexible mindset.
