Information Technology Manager

A high-tech company developing air defense systems and advanced surveillance, intelligence, and observation solutions.

The role includes developing and planning the company’s technological roadmap, identifying gaps in existing applications, and evaluating new technological solutions.

Responsibilities involve building and managing the annual IT budget, overseeing IT procurement, leading the IT team, managing technical support response times and executive KPIs, and being accountable for all IT aspects in the company, including hardware, software, and cybersecurity.

Located in Herzliya, operating in a hybrid model with one work-from-home day. The company has approximately 200 employees.

Requirements-

• 10 years of experience in IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud environments, including Azure ARM, Intune, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, O365, MFA, and ATP.
• Experience working with Nutanix Hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, GPO, and LDAP.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with device management systems like MDT and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience working with Firewalls and Network Switches, including Cisco and FortiGate.
• Experience with Veeam Backup solutions.
