A leading financial organization is seeking a Analytics Team Lead

The goal of this role is to drive data-driven decisions in key business processes. This is a high-impact role that involves leading a team of analysts, developing advanced analytical tools, and providing strategic insights to improve processes and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy & Insights – Develop and analyze key metrics including trends, productivity, patterns, and more.
• Leadership & Team Management – Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a data-driven culture and driving innovation.
• Predictive Analytics & Automation – Implement advanced models and machine learning techniques to identify trends and optimize business strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with senior management to provide real-time analytics that support strategic planning.
• Process Optimization – Leverage data to improve business operations, enhance efficiency, and drive automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Proven experience in managing analytical teams.
• High proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and SAS.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics – an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
