We develop on-edge voice agents capable of inferring user intent from free-form speech without relying on cloud connectivity. This allows for low-latency, private, and context-aware voice interaction across automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Developer at Kardome located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The AI Developer will be responsible for tasks related to AI models for audio and speech processing.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python and PyTorch
• Proven track record in training models for: DOA (Direction of Arrival), keyword spotting, noise reduction, and speech enhancement
• Familiarity with CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers for audio applications
• Skilled in model evaluation, tuning, and debugging
• Experience with multi-microphone audio processing and spatial features (preferred)
• Hands-on with audio preprocessing techniques: STFT, spectrograms, MFCCs, etc. (preferred)
