Embedded Software Engineer

A startup company developing a product that identifies location similar to GPS but with centimeter-level accuracy even in areas without GPS signal, using wireless coverage based on WiFi. The solution operates through a new wireless mobile location sensor, based on patented recognition technology.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train line, with 25 employees and growing. They work in a hybrid model with one day working from home.

The role is part of a small team, reporting to a Team Lead.

RT/Embedded development in C, working at low layers without an operating system.

Requirements-

• 4-8 years of experience in embedded software development at a recognized tech company
• Proven experience in wireless technologies
• Strong background in C programming
• Experience with embedded systems programming
• Proficiency with RTOS
• Experience with IoT technologies and cloud connectivity
• Strong understanding of hardware fundamentals (ability to read schematics and layouts)
• Proficient in version control with Git
• Experience with low-level communication protocols (UART, I2C)
