UX / UI Designer

Schemathics is a data-driven technology company located in Tel Aviv. Our goal is to help connect customers with the brands they need by surpassing their expectations, generating particular leads, and optimizing sales funnels. Responsibilities

1. User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Utilize findings to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
3. UI Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop consistent design systems, including typography, color schemes, and iconography.
4. Interaction Design: Define interaction models, user flows, and UI specifications. Ensure seamless transitions and interactions throughout the user journey.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
6. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Analyze results and iterate on designs accordingly.
7. Accessibility: Advocate for accessibility best practices and ensure designs comply with accessibility standards, making our products usable by all users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in user experience, design or related field
• 3 years of experience with UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
