We are seeking a System Infrastructure Specialist to manage, optimize, and support the infrastructure for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms. This role involves ensuring system stability, performance, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supporting the development, implementation, and system analysis teams.
• Collaborating with infrastructure and parallel development teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft CRM + Dynamics 365. 
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce infrastructure. 
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure – KV, FunctionApp, AppInsight, API Management, authentication methods.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and setting up CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure – AD, IIS, SQL, working with SSL certificates.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours (e.g., during version upgrades).
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead complex processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew & English.

ADVANTAGE:

• 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a large organization.
• Understanding of WEB systems in On-Premises infrastructure.
• Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity processes.
