Located in central Israel, and offers a hybrid work model with 1-2 days per week working from home.

About the role-

• The role reports directly to the CEO and is a newly created position. Until now, the CEO also held the roles of VP and CTO.
• Managing five team leads (Backend, Frontend, QA, and external DevOps), overseeing a total of around 40 employees.
• Combining technical leadership with hands-on involvement in innovation and growth, aimed at advancing R&D.
• Being production-focused, with a hands-on approach to resolving production issues.
• Acting as the key point for introducing new technologies into the company’s workflow.
• The technical stack includes .NET, VueJS, TypeScript, AWS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, MS SQL, and CI/CD.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or a related field.
• 3 years of managerial experience (Director, VP), managing at least 15 people.
• 7 years of development experience.
• Experience working in gaming companies.
• .NET experience is a plus.
