About the Company:

IL MAKIAGE is a fast-growing luxury tech beauty brand with a dominant presence in Israel, including 45 stores, 7 beauty schools, and a rapidly expanding online presence. As part of the ODDITY Group, the company is leading the digital revolution in the beauty industry with innovative platforms and advanced technologies for online marketing and sales.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Head of Performance who will take full responsibility for the company's entire performance system, focusing on growth, data analysis, and optimization of campaigns, user experience, and conversions on the website.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the performance strategy across all digital channels – Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
• Optimize performance-based campaigns (Performance Marketing) with high budgets.
• Manage and develop the website, create tests in Optimizely to improve user experience and increase revenue.
• Work closely with the marketing team, development, analytics, and lead innovation and continuous improvement.
• Lead CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) projects, defining websites and landing pages.
• Identify new opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, LTV, and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in managing performance campaigns (leads + e-commerce) with large budgets (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Full proficiency in Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with Magento – a must.
• Experience working with Optimizely – a significant advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in defining websites and landing pages.
• Experience working with Figma – an advantage.
