As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of telemarketing representatives, driving performance, and achieving sales targets.

• Lead and manage a digital telemarketing team – mentor, train, and motivate sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
• Consultative phone sales for business owners – understand their needs and match them with advanced digital solutions.
• Sales training & optimization – develop sales scripts, implement structured sales processes, and coach the team on professional sales conversations.
• Performance analysis & continuous improvement – track sales data, use CRM tools, and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to provide the best solutions for our clients.

What are we looking for?

• Experience managing a phone-based sales team in the digital marketing industry – required.
• Knowledge of website development, paid advertising, SEO, and landing pages – a strong advantage.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to lead professional phone conversations with business owners.
• Business-oriented mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Experience working with CRM systems, digital advertising platforms, and performance metrics – an advantage.
