Starting at the end of April, part-time position at a young and dynamic startup in Ayeka, Tel Aviv. This is your chance to join an amazing team and take on a diverse and exciting role! 🌟

What does the role include?

✨ Keeping things running smoothly – collecting invoices, managing supplier payments, and tracking finances

✨ Managing calendars and making sure everything is well-organized

✨ Taking care of office fun – birthdays, happy hours, and maintaining a great atmosphere 🥳

✨ Working with tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, and more

✨ Arranging business trips abroad (flights, hotels, and everything in between)

What are we looking for?

✔️ High-level English (comfortable with emails and conversations)

✔️ Experience working with suppliers

✔️ Super organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

✔️ Familiarity with Priority ERP is a big plus!
