• Overseeing, managing, and monitoring all aspects of engagement with philanthropic, corporate, and supporting entities. Leading resource development on both immediate and strategic organizational levels.
• Identifying and maintaining funding sources in Israel and abroad, initiating and developing new fundraising channels, and managing ongoing donor relations.
• Preparing and submitting funding proposals, initial donation requests (LOI), and renewal applications for various projects. Tracking and monitoring received donations and preparing donor reports.
• Developing an annual work plan for the unit, including fundraising, donor retention, and development targets, as well as managing the unit’s budget.
• Organizing and coordinating donor visits to showcase the organization’s activities, introduce project leaders, and present urgent community and individual needs.
• Overseeing marketing content creation related to ongoing projects, leading fundraising campaigns, crowdfunding initiatives, and more.
• Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with multiple organizational managers.

• Extensive knowledge of the philanthropic landscape in Israel and internationally, including trends, challenges, and evolving donor needs.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a social or non-profit organization – mandatory.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and transform them into fundraising sources. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated ability to negotiate with decision-makers.
• High proficiency in building internal and external relationships.
• Personal attributes: strategic thinking, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively, initiative, creativity, and dynamism.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Relevant academic degree required; a master's degree is an advantage.
• Familiarity with fundraising systems and advanced computer skills (professional-level proficiency in Microsoft Office).
• Full-time position, immediate availability required. Ability to commute independently to the organization’s offices in the Upper Galilee.
• Occasional travel across Israel for donor meetings may be required.
