Operations and NPI Project Manager

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Operations & NPI Project Manager to join our team in our offices in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of factory production processes, from procurement and storage to electronic and mechanical assembly, and functional testing.
• Leading the transfer of new products from the development phase to manufacturing, including initial planning with the development team, implementation, and training on the production lines.

Requirements:

•machinery Engineer / industrial and management engineering / or any other relevant degree.

•Familiarity with the Agile system, including part lists, reading mechanical drawings, work instructions, and various change orders (ECN / MCO / DA).

•Competency with Excel and PowerPoint.

•Proven experience with MS Project and in building and implementing project plans.

•At least two years of experience in project management with an emphasis on transfer from development to production (NPI).

•Knowledge of plant manufacturing processes from the procurement stage to storage and electronic assembly (SMT , Wave soldering etc.), and mechanical and functional testing.

•English at a high level.
