Software Engineer

A Fintech & LegalTech startup is developing a SaaS B2B platform that enables employers worldwide to simplify the process of equity distribution within their companies with just a few clicks. Instead of dealing with lawyers across different countries, navigating local laws, hiring trustees, and other complex processes, the platform provides a more efficient solution, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars for companies expanding internationally.

Founded two years ago, they raised a Seed round with a runway of 2.5-3 years, with partnerships in both Israel and the US. The company has 15 employees.

Based in Tel Aviv, near the train station, with the possibility to work one day remotely.

Role Overview:

• Part of the core team.
• Developing a cloud-based SaaS system from scratch, focusing on Backend development.
• Technologies: Node.js, Nest.js, and React.
• Involvement in infrastructure architecture and design, including work with the algorithm team.
• Reporting to the Head of R&D.
• Tech Stack: GCP, Linux, Pulumi, Docker, Microservices, SQL & NoSQL, JIRA, Postgres, Node.js, React, Nest.js, TypeScript, CI/CD.

Requirements -

• 5 years of development experience
• Experience with Node.js development
• Experience with UI development
• Technical degree or military tech unit background
