Accountant for IBI Investment House’s Alternative Investment Funds

The role includes responsibility for financial statement analysis, taxation, financial controls, and operational processes in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including profit and loss reports and pro forma reports (revenue forecasts).
• Handling Israeli and U.S. tax aspects.
• Managing and executing financial valuations.
• Operational work, including transaction processing, data updates, and financial controls.
• Full-time position + overtime as needed.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar role – Mandatory.
• High-level English (reading and writing) – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Office software – Mandatory.
• Experience and background in real estate – Significant Advantage.
