DevOps Manager

A global leader in Deep-tech blockchain infrastructure is developing technology that overcomes the blockchain industry’s primary challenge: Scalability. Their solution is based on Zero-Knowledge Proofs and applied computer science theories, enabling tens of thousands of transactions per second at reduced costs, while ensuring security and privacy.

Since its founding, the company has raised approximately $260 million at a valuation of $8 billion.

The team consists of 200 employees, based in Netanya, near the train station, with a hybrid work model of 2 remote days per week.

About the Role-

• Managing a team of 4 experienced and independent DevOps engineers.
• Primarily infrastructure and CI-related tasks.
• Building Cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
• Working with GitOps and ArgoCD.
• Extensive use of Kubernetes and Crossplane.

Requirements-

• 2+ years in a leadership role, as a manager or a tech lead in a DevOps team with some exposure to guiding or mentoring team members.
• Solid hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• 3+ years with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g. ArgoCD, Crossplane, and other gitops tools), and automation tools.
• 3+ years with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Go).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong understanding of security best practices and their application to infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to systems management and improvement.

• Background in blockchain or deep tech.
• Familiarity with cryptographic systems, including zero-knowledge proofs.
• Experience in startup environments or high-growth companies.
• Experience working with Bazel.
• Has an academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
