About the Role:

We are looking for a talented System Analyst to join a dynamic team in a leading telecom organization. In this role, you will:

✅ Analyze and enhance CRM system processes

✅ Lead end-to-end tasks—from gathering requirements to production deployment

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams

✅ Define solutions and create detailed specification documents

✅ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting in the production environment

Requirements:

🔹 2+ years of experience in system analysis – Must

🔹 Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries – Must

🔹 Experience in writing detailed technical specifications (Detail Design) – Must

🔹 Proven experience in defining interfaces for internal & external systems – Must

🔹 Familiarity with sales and service processes – Advantage

🔹 Relevant academic degree – Advantage
