We are looking for a System Team Leader to join a leading organization in central Israel (rail-accessible location)!

🔹 Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate IT systems within the organization
• Oversee databases and storage solutions
• Plan and execute backups and restorations
• Lead a team of System, DevOps, and DBA professionals
• Design and implement technological projects
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers
• Implement and enhance DevOps processes

🔹 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure – Must
• 3+ years of experience managing a team in a large organization – Must
• Experience leading an integration team – Strong Advantage
• In-depth knowledge of OS, databases, storage, and backup solutions
• Experience with DevOps processes and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
