Electronic Component Engineer & Strategic Buyer

Afimilk, a leading AgTech & IoT high-tech company, is seeking a Global Electronic Component Engineer & Strategic Buyer to manage sourcing, cost reduction, and supplier negotiations for electronic components and PCBA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global cost reduction initiatives and report to the Head of Procurement.
• Manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract agreements.
• Prevent cost increases and ensure second-source availability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Planning teams.
• Oversee supplier risk management and mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in global high-tech/industrial companies.
• Strong background in electronic component sourcing.
• B.Sc. in Components/Electronics Engineering.
• High-level English (spoken & written).
• Experience managing suppliers and working with subcontractors – mandatory.
