Head of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety)

Our Missile & Space Systems Division Headquarters is looking for a Head of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety)!

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the safety, occupational health, and environmental protection framework within the division.
• Develop and implement the company’s EHS policies within the division and oversee the professional and operational management of these activities.
• Collaborate with internal division stakeholders, the company’s Safety Directorate, and external regulatory bodies.
• Lead and oversee the business licensing process.
• Directly manage a team of two employees and provide divisional guidance to safety officers in areas such as laser radiation, hazardous materials, fire safety, and more.
• Serve as the division’s expert on environmental protection matters.
• Report directly to the Deputy Division Director for Operations.

What we’re wooking for:

Mandatory Requirements -

• Israeli citizenship.
• Academic degree / Practical Engineering or Technical Diploma.
• Certified Workplace Safety Officer.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer in a large organization.
• Proven experience working with regulatory authorities.
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Valid driver’s license.

Additional Qualifications -

• Experience as a Hazardous Materials Officer.
• Experience in leading business licensing processes.
• Experience in industrial emergency preparedness.
• Experience in environmental protection management.
